Team Hybrid’s history was made on January 7, 1995 in Oxnard, CA and stands for the birth of a legendary tradition in creativity, originality and quality. With the guidance and one of a kind leadership of Team Founder & President, James Lin, Team Hybrid continues to promise legendary traditions set forth for many years to come (27+ years and going stronger than ever) which clearly solidifies them as the best the import industry has ever seen as well as at Import Faceoff. The leaders of this Team want an efficient organization that would set its own standards and qualifications that continue to prove we can withstand the test of time since our quality is timeless. The ideal is to create a Team that would comprise itself with a diversity of hardworking, respectful, patient, and loyal members instilled with our honorable values, passion, love and especially, a special individuality to every H Quality vehicle. This Team is not just another car club or crew, but a special family of friends consisting itself in a team ideology. Team Hybrid is a well-rounded team with close friendships, a strong management system consisting of Chapter Directors (Archie Concon, Armando Rodriguez, Beefy Clanton, Scott Dean, Charleston Penesa, Sergio Guevara, Christian De Jesus, Christopher Uclaray, Geoff Turner, Justin Lohorn, and Ryan Ragusa) that lead by example with honor, trust, passion, patience, loyalty, education, training and Hybrid Luv incorporated amongst the original (OG) Hybrid Members, the Hybrid Hunnyz, multi-generation of Hybridz and now, going on Generation 27 of Hybridz. Throughout the existence, our organization has won over 5100+ trophies and/or awards with amazing support from their team title sponsors BFGoodrich, AMSOIL, Whiteline, NRG Innovations, K&N, AEM Intakes, Renegade, Hondata, Status Racing, Mishimoto, Level Up Visions and Tire Stickers. The traditions of Team Hybrid has been blessed with for over two and a half decades will only continue to grow and expand nationally and internationally. We do not only grow together in the import scene and but also, in life as well. Teamwork makes the dreamwork. Our members and industry partners know, there will never be anything comparable and as great as this import team in our industry ever again so it is truly a honor.
