Import Showoff 2007 DVD

Congratulations. Mainstream Productions, producers of the Import Showoff Shows, contacted me to congratulate us on being the title holder for the Best Overall Team “Quality” in 2006 @ the Import Showoff Competitions. Not only did we win the title, but Import Showoff will be launching a DVD in 2007 documenting and show casing this to the import community. The video footage has already been shot by Ken Myioshi’s video production company and here are some behind the scene photos.

Autoworld May ’07 Featured Article – David Huang’s IS350

Congratulations to David Huang’s 2006 Lexus IS350 for making a full feature in Autoworld Magazine, Issue 025, May-Jun 2007, pgs 072-077. This feature was made even more special by having HybridHunnyz.com, Joanna Aimee, model with this “Hybrid Quality” ride. Hybridzzz and Hunnyzzz are everywhere.

Super Street May ’07 Featured Article – Jason MacGill’s Evo MR VIII

Congratulations to Jason MacGill’s 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo MR in a 5 pages full feature in Super Street Magazine’s May 2007 issue, pgs 184-188. The article is also very well written. As I have said year after year about our pipeline of magazines, more to come. This year will be no different, but please prepare to see an onslaught of Team Hybrid EVOs @ shows and in the media. Where are all the Team Hybrid WRXs at?

PASMAG May ’07 Cameo Feature – Team Hybrid 1st Place SEMA Scion xA / David Huang’s IS350

Congratulations on being in the article in Performance Auto & Sound May 2007 issue, pgs 36-38, covering Hot Import Nights, San Mateo. PAS wrote, “#3: This Scion xA from Team Hybrid sports 19-inch deep-dish AMEs and a turbo set-up, among other.” Lastly, on pg 38, we have Francine Dee, in the PAS/Nitto Booth, sitting pretty on D. Huang’s Lexus IS350. She sure can draw a crowd.

Modified May ’07 Cameo Feature – Team Hybrid HIN, LA 2006 Display

Congratulations to the innovative minds of the Hybrid management, BF Goodrich and all the hard working members and probies who made our display @ shows an industry standard again @ HIN, LA 2006. In Modified Magazine May 2007 issue, there is a bonus guide included for HIN 2007 Tour. On page 6 of the bonus guide, HIN used a picture of what Team Hybrid looks like @ show as an example for “HIN Car Award Categories for 2007.” This picture/page is very important because anyone competiting will not only know what categories, awards, and payouts given, but it shows why we have won Hottest Club/Team Representation numerous times and been credited by HIN and NCCA as the first team to raise the standards of what Hottest Club/Team Representation should look like for all others to measure against.

Import Tuner Apr. ’07 Featured Article – Wayne Chen’s Accord

Congratulations to Wayne Chen’s Honda Accord in a 9 pages full feature in Import Tuner Magazine’s April 2007 issue, pgs 74-84. Our Vice-President reminds us how timeless works of art our Hybrid Quality” vehicles have become. Next year, this car will be a decade old. I’m sure is it not a surprise that I say this anymore, but it will be another year of the Hybridz especially in the media.
